New May 5, 2014 Update Offers Easier Programming Features To Easy-to-use DMX Software
ADJ has revealed that their popular myDMX 2.0, DMX control software, has four new updates to it’s May 5, 2014 release. myDMX 2.0 is an industry leading, affordable solution for Lighting Designers and DJs to control small to mid-size lighting set-ups. The new features include: Multi-Beam Programming, Multi Pan & Tilt Programming, New Midi & Easy Remote Shortcut Keys & Display Undefined Presets.
- The mydmx 2.0 software download is developing at a frantic pace. New versions of the software should be released several times a quarter and even several times a month. Update for mydmx 2.0 software download. There are several reasons for this dynamic.
- If you already own myDMX 2.1 hardware, you can download the myDMX 3.0 software for free from the Downloads tab. Note: it will run in Express Mode. See above for additional details. MyDMX 3.0 software does not work with myDMX 2.0 hardware New Features: Play multiple scenes at a time; Arrange scenes into groups.
- DMXIS 1.7.2 (full software) This is the official latest release of DMXIS, and is recommended for all DMXIS and Show Buddy users. DMXIS 1.7.2 installer for Windows (with 32-bit VST plug-in) DMXIS 1.7.2 installer for Windows (with 64-bit VST plug-in) DMXIS 1.7.2 installer for Mac OS X. Supported operating systems: PCs running Windows 7 or better.

Multi-beam Programming:
myDMX 2.0 now has full multi-beam RGB control for any fixture. There is no need to split up a profile when patching. It’s all integrated into one making programming multi-beam effects smoother and less cumbersome.
MyDMX 2.0 is a new stand alone, software/hardware package from American DJ. Available for Windows and Mac OS X operating systems, programming your light show has never been as easy or flexible to manage. It combines a new drag and drop effects generator, new preset palette design and OSX compatibility to help you create and playback dynamic.
Multi Pan & Tilt Programming:
Similar to Multi-beam Programming. There is no need to split up a profile when patching multiple pan and tilt channels.
Shortcut Keys for Midi & Easy Remote:
New Short cut and Easy Remote commands for the Previous/Next/Play buttons will now allow users to simply use next and previous functions and play/pause like buttons remotely.
Display Undefined Presets:
More miscellaneous fixture information is now easily accessible. In the older version it would not appear.
