If it doesn't works, then try replacing the whole 'data' and 'models' folder. If that doesn't works too, then the only way is to remove, and reinstall the game. But backup your mods first, so you can reinstall them in the new game. Also, check if any other mods like ASI plugin or CLEO (cs) scripts cause it, try it out!
